Neil is the founder and CEO of Strategies, the premier training and coaching company for small to medium sized businesses that he founded in 1993. Based in Centerbrook, Conn., Strategies’ cutting-edge curriculum of business courses is offered throughout the U.S. and Canada, led by a national network of certified coaches who have completed a rigorous three-year training program.
