Kris Petersen , CEO and Founder, DealsGoRound

Kris Petersen has been involved with technology and entrepreneurship across the US for more than 13 years. In his current role, Kris is the founder and CEO of DealsGoRound, a venture-backed startup based in Chicago. Kris also serves on the advisory council for Chicago Career Tech, an organization which helps re-train unemployed Chicagoan with the technical skills required to re-enter the workforce.

Prior to starting DealsGoRound, Kris held various positions as an Entrepreneur in Residence with Lightbank, senior technical analyst with GS1 US, technology consultant with IBM and founder of NeighborHuddle.com.

Kris holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Illinois and has been a guest lecturer on the topic of entrepreneurship at Kellogg Graduate School of Management and Kellstadt Graduate School of Business.
