David Jaggi is the VP of Systems Engineering at HLB. He has 20 years of experience in product development in the medical, consumer, commercial and automotive markets. At HLB, he is responsible for managing and overseeing the systems engineering operations, project management and technology development. David also serves as a client liaison on many programs and maintains cohesive development between research, design, and engineering on projects.
