C.N. (Madhu) Madhusudan is an accomplished executive who set up, acquired and operated businesses in Europe, India and the United States. His expertise areas include launching new businesses, turnaround management, outsourcing, strategic investments, cross border transactions and M&A.

He is the founder and CEO of VectorSpan Inc., an enterprise that enables companies to be successful in their growth/exit initiatives. An accomplished deal maker, he advises, trains and mentors leadership teams of companies from several industries.

As an early member of the team that built the NIIT Group, he held key leadership roles in India. In 1991, he relocated to the United States to build NIIT's first overseas presence for its software, training and knowledge process outsourcing businesses. As President and Chief Operating Officer of NIIT in the US, he transformed an entrepreneurial one-man branch operation to NIIT's largest subsidiary. Later, as President of NIIT Ventures, he led new venture investment initiatives and acquisitions in the US and Europe.

He is the President-Elect of TiE Atlanta and past Chairman of the Board of the Georgia Indo-American Chamber of Commerce (GIACC). An active speaker, he has addressed strategy, technology, M&A and outsourcing issues at events of the World Bank, IFC, IMF, Institute for International Research, World Education Market, Council for Entrepreneurial Development, GeorgiaTech, Emory University, Columbia Business School, Ross School of Business, IIT Mumbai, SIBF and UNESCO.

He received the 2007 "Outstanding 50 Asian Americans in Business" Award for innovation, leadership and vision in business. As a philatelist specializing in the Second World War, he has won several awards in national and international exhibitions and was recognized by the Government of India for his services to Indian Philately.

He studied at the St. Joseph's College, Bangalore, and the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. His professional education includes Business Evaluation at the Harvard Business School.
